The Village Douglas serves as a blueprint for the kind of elevated, revenue-driving design we can bring to existing properties, directly enhancing customer experience and ensuring a timeless, high-end appeal.

A complete interior renovation spanning the bar, restaurant, toilets, and hotel rooms. The design is engineered to be warm, inviting, and atmospheric. We placed a strong emphasis on the sense of arrival, ensuring guests are instantly captivated and feel they are in an elevated, special place as they step inside. We cultivated a sophisticated, organic atmosphere by layering authentic finishes and tactile surfaces.

A primary design tool was the strategic introduction of the half-moon shape. This simple yet powerful geometric feature, the curve, was used to instantly elevate the look & feel, making the space appear significantly more luxurious and expensive without excessive cost.

The project features a design consistent across all floors. This seamless approach ensures a cohesive and professional guest journey, reinforcing the brand identity. We carefully managed to retain some of the key existing features of the original space to minimize costs, while still dramatically enhancing the overall customer experience with the new design.
