The Kiltegan Foyer at Rochestown Park Hotel exemplifies our refined approach to luxury hospitality design, where functionality, atmosphere, and guest experience are seamlessly integrated to elevate the arrival journey within an established hotel environment. We decided on a modern interior design approach and the scheme enhances both guest experience and operational performance within the hotel.

We reconfigured the primary arrival point from the car park into the event centre and the foyer has been redefined as a clear, elegant, and welcoming space, improving legibility, circulation, and flow from the moment of arrival while supporting the overall performance of the venue. The design ensures a calm transition into the wider hotel while strengthening first impressions and enhancing the events and conferencing experience.

The space is designed through considered zoning to maximise usability, with flexible furniture and lighting arrangements, ensuring it can accommodate a wide range of event types. The introduction of a bespoke contemporary sculpted feature wall establishes visual identity and wayfinding clarity, while a warm, neutral material palette reinforces a calm and cohesive atmosphere. A dedicated intimate seating area introduces a more private and comfortable setting within the larger foyer, offering comfort within the guest journey.

Overall, the Kiltegan Foyer demonstrates our design ethos, where functionality and aesthetics are carefully balanced to create spaces that are intuitive, welcoming and memorable. This project delivered a sophisticated and cohesive arrival experience, where every intervention is purposeful, focused and carefully balanced to enhance guest perception, comfort, and operational flow.
